Squash is played in Terms Two and Three. King’s College usually fields two junior and two senior teams.

The Junior Division is for Years 9 and 10 students, and Senior is for Years 11, 12 and 13. Depending on the ability of the students entering the College we may have one team in the Junior A division of the Auckland competition and one team in the B division.

Our First team plays in the Premier Grade while our second team plays in the Senior A Division. Squash competitions are each Friday after school, and it is possible for students to play squash in addition to another winter sport.

Students are expected to attend one or two practices per week at the two College courts, depending on court availability and their commitments to other sports. During Terms One and Three, both courts are available every day for students to practice. During Terms Two and Four they are booked most days between 3:30pm and 5.00pm for scheduled practices.
